You will play a key role in planning and executing a variety of live and virtual events, including industry conferences, workshops, symposiums and internal meetings, from pre-event planning and logistics to post-event evaluation and reporting. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing or a related field, and a minimum 2-3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support, ideally in a corporate or client-facing environment.

This position ensures the integrated management (planning, organization, direction, and control) of all in-house and outsourced services related to hosting multi-facetted events/activities for the campus community, summer operations/hoteling and technical services. Bachelor`s degree in event management, hotel management or a related field and at least 10 years related experience in hotel and/or restaurant industry, event management or other related experiences required.

This position is responsible for owning the vision, strategy and full project execution of signature events, as well as managing a portfolio of strategic events throughout the year. Must have 3+ years of experience delivering large, hybrid events and/or business engagement initiatives, and excellent planning, organization and multi-tasking skills with proven ability to prioritize conflicting demands and identify solutions.

Upstream AV is looking for a Production Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable keeping the many moving pieces of event production on track. They’ll work closely with our production team, clients, venues, suppliers, and crews to help ensure everyone has the information and support they need. Ottawa-based preferred; candidates in other major Canadian cities also welcome.

Upstream AV is looking for an experienced Production Lead to help plan and deliver live events across Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong AV and event-production experience who is comfortable leading crews, coordinating technical delivery, working directly with clients, and making sure events run smoothly from planning through show day. Ottawa-based preferred; candidates in other major Canadian cities also welcome.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large scale internal and external events. Events include, but are not limited to, the annual Citizen’s Gathering, Métis Week, and staff conferences. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with proven event planning experience, and post-secondary education in Event Management, Hospitality or related field required. Experience working in an Indigenous and/or non-profit setting is an asset.

Based in Toronto, you will own adn's growth in English Canada. You will build on an existing client base, deepen those accounts, open new opportunities, activate adn's partner network and grow the company's talent presence in the market. Your goal will be to make adn the bilingual partner of choice for event content and learning and development across the country. Senior-level B2B business development experience, with full ownership of the sales cycle, and French/English bilingualism required.

You will drive registrations, maximize attendee turnout and enhance engagement for trade shows, conferences and webinars. The successful candidate will be focussing on lifecycle planning, campaign development, execution and reporting for Newcom’s portfolio of B2B events. Must have 3-7 years of experience in coordinating marketing event plans for tradeshows and conferences, and Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field. Proficiency in French an asset.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong project management, strategic thinking, high attention to detail and executional excellence. The role supports internal and external communications by contributing to content development and collaborating with the Communications team to amplify events through appropriate channels. University degree or the equivalent in a related field such as communications, journalism or similar and 5+ years' relevant experience.

You will lead the planning, coordination, licensing, operational delivery and strategic growth of events and programming across Build Nova Scotia properties and event sites, including the Halifax waterfront, Provincial Exhibition Grounds in Truro and Open Hearth Park in Sydney. Must have 5-7 years of experience as a business manager, property manager or related tourism/hospitality event experience required; post-secondary education in Hospitality, Business or Marketing is strongly preferred.

This position is the operational lead for a portfolio of complex national and international conferences, congresses and meetings, delivered in person, virtually or through hybrid formats. Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in conference, event, PCO, association, hospitality or related professional services roles; and degree/diploma in event management, hospitality, business, communications, association management or equivalent experience required.

You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of large-scale and high-profile events within the Ontario portfolio and across national initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end event lifecycle—strategy, design, logistics and execution—for in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences, meetings and special events. Minimum 4-6 years' progressive experience in event planning, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-impact events in various formats required.

You will work directly with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, destination management companies, transportation companies, restaurants, activity providers, and other suppliers to plan and execute exceptional incentive travel programs and corporate events. Post-secondary education with minimum 3 years of professional travel planning experience, and experience planning group travel, corporate travel, meetings, incentives or events required. Must hold TICO certification and a valid passport.

You will promote the Lodge as a premier meeting and event destination and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction across all conferences, weddings and group tours, and act as the central point of contact for all group events and weddings, providing strategic operational oversight. Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, hotel operations, or hospitality management; diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Event Management or a related field is an asset.

The Event Planner is responsible for organizing, coordinating and executing events from concept to completion. This includes managing budgets, selecting venues, negotiating with vendors, developing event timelines and ensuring all logistics are in place to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for attendees. Post-secondary education obtained at a credited community college and up to 3 years’ related experience required.

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing high-impact events that increase brand visibility, deepen customer engagement and support business objectives. You will manage end-to-end event logistics, including booth operations, staffing, shipping, swag inventory and vendor relationships. Must have 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, trade show management, or marketing operations (experience level customizable).

Event Coordinator responsible for bidding, planning and delivering major events including sporting events, concerts, trade shows, festivals and fundraisers at the Cenovus Energy Hub. Coordinates with staff and community partners, manages bookings and registrations, supports marketing initiatives, prepares contracts and invoices, assists with staff training, and helps attract and execute successful events.

This role will take ownership of a portfolio of events from initial kickoff through post-event completion. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage timelines and deliverables, work with registration technology and data and provide onsite support during live events. Must have 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, client services, registration or a similar operational role. Equivalent experience will be considered.

You will plan and execute in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings and events for RBC GAM clients, employees and/or other stakeholders. You will often be the primary point of contact with internal partners to develop effective programs to deliver high-quality client and employee experiences. Must have 5+ years of meeting planning/event management experience preferably in a corporate environment and/or the financial services industry. Event planning designations (CMP, CMM, DES, CED) an asset.
