This role will perform a variety of tasks centered around corporate event planning. You will coordinate and organize participation in tradeshows and industry events; plan and organize customer events to enhance customer engagement and loyalty; and source, evaluate and secure event venues, including negotiating contracts and conducting site inspections. University degree in communications, marketing or a related discipline; 3-5 years experience in relevant field; and bilingualism required.

You will assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of various events, including virtual and in-person learning events, trade shows, company golf tournaments, internal corporate events and other external events. Post-secondary education or a diploma/certificate in Event Planning, Recreation Management or Hospitality will be considered as an asset; and 2 - 4 years of experience in program planning, and/or coordinating and supporting a variety of events required.

This role leads the creation, promotion and execution of dynamic, high-impact events and partnerships, enhancing the guest experience and driving visitation year-round. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, overseeing event programming, sponsorship growth, cross-department collaboration and team leadership. Education or certification in Marketing, Event Planning, or related fields and experience in planning and executing events of various sizes required.

This role is responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities for WinSport's events and venue offerings. You will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle, building lasting client relationships and converting qualified leads into confirmed bookings. Must have 5+ years' related experience in a similar position, preferably within events, hospitality or venue sales; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field preferred.

You will coordinate event logistics, manage promotional merchandise orders, handle vendor communications, coordinate community engagement opportunities, and support administrative tasks to ensure seamless project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field; and 1+ years of experience in an event coordination, marketing support or administrative role required.

This role is responsible for the coordination and execution of fundraising events logistics and support a variety of donor and funder cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities. Post-secondary education in Non-profit Management, Event Planning, Fund Development or a related field and 2 years' work experience in fundraising, event planning, communications or related experience, preferably in the not-for-profit sector and/or a combination of education and work experience required.

You will be responsible for event logistics, including but not limited to: coordinating planning meetings, overseeing special events, marketing and communication materials, booking special guest/keynote, venues, speakers, invitation lists, catering, and run-of-show program agendas and facilitating the event. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3-5 years' experience in event planning and execution for in-person and online events required.

The position oversees the planning and execution of customer and partner engagement initiatives, with a strong focus on tradeshows, executive events, partner activations and scalable event operations. Must have 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record specifically in corporate event marketing, customer marketing and partner marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

This role develops, plans and executes events and educational programs hosted by Fasken for its clients. You will work directly with the firm’s partners, associates, industry and practice leaders as well as other departments, vendors and clients. Post-secondary education in a related field such as Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or Event Planning; 5-7 years; relevant event experience; and Event planning experience in a professional services firm required.

This role plans, manages and promotes events that engage alumni, raise awareness in the community, foster ties between strategic partners and the academic community, and support recruitment, fundraising and research activities. College diploma in marketing, event management, fundraising, or communications, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience, and minimum five years’ experience in a similar role.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with exhibitors, brands, and partners, and securing their participation through tailored sales strategies. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, commercially minded, and thrives in a target-driven environment. Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, media or sponsorship sales, and strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets required.
